The Social Therapist
About TST
The Social Therapist (TST) strives to bring therapy-in-short to the one place we seem to spend most of our time - our virtual devices. This is a space to support change, growth, and enhance our understanding of ourselves and those around us. The initiative was launched with a mission to create a platform that helps us find some ways to enhance our self-awareness and self-love. The main focus of all therapists from team TST is to create a safe, non-judgemental space for the client to explore what they wish to work on and discover as well as strengthen the tools to cope with.
