About TST

The Social Therapist (TST) strives to bring therapy-in-short to the one place we seem to spend most of our time - our virtual devices. This is a space to support change, growth, and enhance our understanding of ourselves and those around us. The initiative was launched with a mission to create a platform that helps us find some ways to enhance our self-awareness and self-love. The main focus of all therapists from team TST is to create a safe, non-judgemental space for the client to explore what they wish to work on and discover as well as strengthen the tools to cope with.

She works in areas such as  anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, body image, work-life balance, and trauma.

My experience was amazing. She listened to me when I needed to vent and helped me get through some very difficult times. It wasn’t my first time getting therapy, I couldn't stick to any therapist for various reasons. But it’s been months with Janice and I like her very much.
