1. Constant distractions: Individuals find it challenging to maintain focus due to frequent interruptions or the compulsion to check notifications.

2. Difficulty concentrating: Deep, sustained engagement with a single task becomes arduous, as individuals struggle to maintain attention.

3. Feeling overwhelmed: The sensation of being overloaded with information and tasks leads to heightened stress and a constant sense of chaos.

4. Validation through social media: Seeking constant validation or deriving self-worth from interactions on social media platforms becomes a predominant behaviour.

5. Constant busyness: Despite multitasking, individuals perceive a continuous state of busyness without accomplishing significant tasks, further exacerbating feelings of frustration and inadequacy.
